The beginnings
For fifteen years, I thrived in the fast-paced world of tech marketing.
I climbed the ladder, led successful teams, and hit every target set for me.
From the outside, I had it all.
But on the inside, a persistent question echoed: "Is this it?"
I felt a growing disconnect between my daily work and my desire for meaningful impact.
The catalyst
My turning point came during a leadership offsite, where I worked with a coach for the first time. That experience was transformative. It wasn't about being given answers; it was about being asked the right questions—questions that unlocked my own insights and illuminated a path I hadn't seen before. It was the catalyst for my own reinvention.
